The team can be reached over the phone or email, and they will be available to sort out any issues. Additionally, the Field Force’s can also avail training on any particular application module or functionality at any time using our training videos and detailed training material.

1.3. IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
This involves setting up your data in the application allowing you to roll it out within your organization. Our services include loading data in the application, initial configuration and User Interface customization. We estimate this to be a 3 week effort.
